I asked a question yesterday about these terrorist having the same rights as americans?

One person answered me with this, by not giving them a fair trial then every American who died in previous wars died for nothing, I like to think they died for Americans to have their rights and freedoms not so forieners could come here with the sole purpose of killing Americans for being just that and then getting the right to make a mocary out of our justice system,A lot of New Yorkers feel obamas decision was a slap in the face including me. so my question is what do you feel about this whole senario?
