How to convert flash videos (.flv) such as Youtube videos to my Zune 80GB (.wma)?

i have a zune 80gb and wish to convert lash videos (.flv) to my zune which takes .wma or mp4. i have many flahs videos from youtube and wish to convert these youtube videos onto my zune VIA Windows Media Encoder (which i have to convert files)
