What is the themes of this poem by William Blake?

well i feel in the beginning the author signifies that every cloud has a silver lining with the "soot and the hair" and in the next stanzas blake tells us that if we do our duty no matter how unenjoyable it is god would bless us. atleast thats wat i thnk it is!
