Who is this judge?

I dont know who this judge is but i think every American should know who it is. When our justice system side's with the law breakers our system fails! I will do a search on who this is later. States have always had the right to make thier own state laws. If the feds want to they can impose federal law which overides state law. This judge it seems who ever it is cares nothing about imposing a law to correct an ILLEGAL matter. I hope this question was directed at judges with conservative positions. Reason - conservatives seem to think they can change or violate laws at will so they can benefit. This isnt just an immigration issue. It's an ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION ISSUE!
