Which astrological sign is most indecisive?

Oh that's easy. Us libras. lol. And what's more an nerving is that we get on EACH OTHERS nerves when we can't make up a decision. I get fed up with my 5 year old brother. He can never decide what he wants. He complains to my mom that he needs something to eat (a lie so that he can stay up) and when I give him choices, he stands there looking at me with his mouth agape and he can't choose. I don't know why but it annoys me to the maximum.
