My friend's ex husband wants her to have restrictions for her and child's freedom. Is it against Human Rights?

My friend's husband set her up as kidnapping their child and she has 3year probation not to leave province(criminal side). Now they want to settle divorce(family side) but her husband wants to put many restrictions regarding, custody, residence, freedom to visit her parents etc. even after 3years until their child becomes 18. This is for their child and her. According to her, a prosecutor told her she would get freedom after 3year probation because of Human Rights issue. That means what her ex husband is doing is against Human RIghts? He seems to control everything. Then what was criminal probation for? She is not guilty. What do you think?
