How do I limit the bandwidth to a computer on a network through a Linksys Cisco N Wireless Router?

My roommate and I share an internet connection with my computer being the primary computer that supports the router. She downloads constantly and is taking up an extreme amount of bandwidth. How do I limit bandwidth to certain computers on our wireless network?
