Gastric problem suffering from 6 months?

i am suffering from gastic problem 6 month oct 09 , i have been to G.p , and gastrologist de have suggest me wid no of medicines the problem did reducts after completin the full treatement , but now again it has started , night times i cannot sleep , the gas fill up in my chest , and i find it had to breath , is there ne solution to this , shud i try HOmeopathy or Ayurvedic , or some other therapy as in Water therapy and is Water therapy good like i don't know how xactly is Water therapy done , i have just read that on the net . that it heal , if some one knows about that please to tel me how to do it , or something else what can get me out of this problem , and what to eat what not to eat i will just do anything to get out of this prob , plz do understand my prob and plz help
