Can a slim and short height person ride a bike like bajaj discover?

I'm 5 feet 4 inches tall male, and planning to buy a bajaj discover bike,but not sure would i be able to maneuover it or not cause i'm not a good muscular type of man? Please help(my other option is mahindra rodeo), thanks :)
